Layout and flow
The house was laid out for entertaining before it was an event venue, which is why the flow already works for a wedding day.
Ceremony & reception
The pool deck and lawn host the ceremony and cocktail hour; the top-floor great room and dining table seat the reception when the weather turns.
Catering
Two ovens and three refrigerators give an outside caterer real working kitchen space — not a single oven fighting a 75-person plate count.
Parking
On-site parking accommodates the wedding party and close family; day guests typically coordinate a shuttle or rideshare, standard for Corolla event homes.
Accessibility

Sleeping arrangements for the wedding party
Six bedrooms sleep 18 of the wedding party or immediate family on-site — 2 kings, 2 queens, 3 duobunks, 1 trundle — while the rest of the guest list can be pointed toward nearby Corolla rentals through Brindley.

Local vendors are welcome to walk the property ahead of a booked date. If a vendor sends business this way, the house is glad to return the favor on the events page.

"We really enjoyed our stay at OBX Beach Bliss in Corolla. It was the nicest rental property we have ever rented in OBX. It is located only 4 houses from beach access so only about a 4 - 5 minute walk, and 2 miles from a grocery store, mini golf, shops, ice cream, etc. Upon arrival the interior of the house was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable, with most being memory foam. The elevator, while not needed by our group, was a bonus for getting items to the upper floors. The kitchen was very well equipped with almost anything you might need. The pool was a nice size for our group. Seven grandchildren had no problem all being in the pool at the same time. We would definitely consider this property in the future."
"What an incredible experience at OBX Beach Bliss. The beach house has every amenity we needed and more. So much room for our big family retreat. The hot tub was a perfect place to wind down after a day of sightseeing all over town. Location is close to so many restaurants, shopping and of course, the beach. Highly recommended for an amazing escape from reality."
